It means you can be a part of the randomness that is this blog - and start your own if you want - you obviously have already figured out how to post. As someone we like very much once said - "It's just a bit of silliness."
A blog for people who are spread too thin - we don't really have time to write it, you certainly don't have time to read it. Also a blog for people who enjoy Merovingian kings.
